Absolutely love this stacked or by itself. Great to have to take the edge off and not crash from high stim pre workouts (E.G. full scoop hooligan 650mg). Great to pair with a coffee to increase focus and cognition but I enjoy stacking this more. L theanine + and Lions mane + together makes an awesome combo on a non-stim day as well (I also add ashwagandha) - sleep is just too good, while productivity on the spreadsheets is through the roof. Too many pros and zero cons for this product, Tom and the team did an awesome job on this joint.
