    What is ZMAX? 

    Very short it's Strom's version of a ZMA. It contains 4 high quality ingredients in good doses.

    Ingredients

    • Magnesium Threonate (800mg)
    • Magnesium Bisglycinate (400mg)
    • OptiZinc  zinc mono-L-methionine (170mg)
    • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) (8mg)

    Recommended Use

    As with any ZMA product it's recommended to take before bed, you can take 1-2 capsules depending on your preference. Ideally you can stack it with Strom's popular SupportMax Neuro.

    Amazing for recovery and staying asleep

    I'm a regular buyer here . This has the key magnesium types for good sleep recovery. Please note I don't use this to drift off I use it to maintain sleep during the night

    Among other benefits like nervous system b6 its incredible

    The combination of Threonate and Bisglycinate is a symphony of relaxation. The OptiZinc for improved absorption and B6 for the nervous system? The best.

    f you can't buy this buy SupportMAX Neuro PM as an alternative. Both wonderful, both help immensely with sleep, anxiety and related issues for me. Can't recommend it more :)
