There is no guarantee of next day delivery or other specified time period and postage times vary according the postage conditions at the time. Please do not ask us when your parcel will arrive, we don't have any more information than you do  - see your tracking information emailed when the order is shipped. 

•  If your address is rural, this estimate is the time taken to arrive at your local depot. Then arrival time is dependant on the frequency of your delivery route.
• If delivery is to a business, please include the business name in your delivery address (or it may not arrive correctly).

NEW ZEALAND NATIONWIDE: $7.95NZD COURIER

We've teamed up with Post Haste & New Zealand Post to courier all your orders, right to your door! Parcels are sent out between 1.00 and 5.00 PM every working day from our store at 807 Victoria Street in Hamilton. 

All North Island parcels are sent using the OVERNIGHT COURIER service, and South Island 2-DAY COURIER. However - we cannot guarantee the actual time until delivery as that is dependant on local service conditions. If you're rural, this is the time to get to your rural depot, then it depends on their service.
