The Website and any other VitaKea resources are offered for your use, upon the condition that you accept the terms and policies documented here. Use of the website and resources is considered admission of acceptance. 

VitaKea is a New Zealand owned and operated business based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. For in person or postal enquires, we are available at 807 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central.

Products & Services

VitaKea reserves the right to limit or refuse service to anyone at anytime. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Strom Sports Nutrition is a retailer of Dietary Supplements, not medicines or any products intended to Diagnose, Treat, Cure, Or Prevent Disease. ALWAYS discuss any supplements with your doctor before use.

All products should be used to supplement a healthy diet and is not a replacement to any foods. Supplements should be used as directed, observing recommended dosage practices.

None of the supplements offered at Strom Sports Nutrition are recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not consume alongside alcohol or other psychoactive substances. These products are not intended for recreational use.

You must be 18 years or over to purchase. If you are suspected of being under 18 years, service will be denied.

If you observe any issues relating to the Dietary Supplements Regulations Act (1985) or any other applicable legal regulations, please notify us at "thomas@thecavenutritionstore.co.nz" and we will work to remedy the issue promptly.

We respect your rights as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

All prices are listed in NZD and transactions will occur in NZD.

Returns & Refund

Request for returns or refund will be handled on a case by case basis. Reasons that may warrant return include incorrect products or compromised product quality.

We respect your rights as defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and returns decisions will be made according to this legislation.

Cancellation Policy

Should you want to cancel your order after placing it we are more than happy to help out. If the package has not been posted, then we can simply cancel the order and provide a full refund. However, if the package has been posted, we will not accept any cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage for any reason. If payment has been received, a full refund will be returned.

Shipping & Handling

All delivery will be made in accordance to the shipping & handling policy set out here.

We do not ship outside of the Australia and New Zealand regions. 

Payment

All prices on this website are GST inclusive the standard rate of 15%.

All payment and processing are coordinated by our third party providers, "Windcave", "AfterPay" and "PayPal".

We respect your privacy and endeavour to protect any information placed under our care. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for commercial benefit. We will not disclose your information other than for the specific purposes detailed on this web-page. We may use your information to:
