Strom Sports MultiMAX

MultiMAX is a multi formulated with bodybuilders and strength athletes specifically in mind, informed by real life bloodwork seen in the Strom community with The Hench Project Blood Testing service.

This isn’t some theoretical “the book says we need these vitamins” type formula, it’s a grounded formula that has identified which gaps need filling - and then does just that.

Formulated in collaboration with Will Dyson.

No iron. Methylated forms of vitamins. Also includes Lycopene… any many more tweaks to dosage and inclusions that make MultiMAX not just another multivitamin.

What coaches are saying

@theperformanceconsultantCoach - Will Dyson

"Most multivitamins are typically a thoughtless "A to Z at 100% RDA" with poorly bioavailable sources. Every ingredient on the panel has clearly been vetted for absorption and efficacy, at studied doses relevant to athletic populations. There ARE some competitors that have done this well, but typically at 3-10 x the cost and something is usually missing or not mindful of enhanced users. This hits every nail on the head, yet maintains a price that is almost as cheap as a supermarket generic - my favourite Strom Supplement by a long shot."

@joe_physiquecollectiveCoach - Joe Jeffery

"Exactly what you want, nothing of what you don’t, with everything efficaciously dosed & well priced"

@zac_teamprocoachCoach - Zac Fotheringham

"The daily staple. Fantastic product."

@matt_physiquecollectiveCoach - Matt Strong

"In a world of awful, underdosed mutlivitamins which do nothing but change the colour of your urine, this stands head and shoulders above the competition. Contains clinically dosed ingredients to assist you staying healthy and performing your best. A staple in all my clients plans and one to never go without."

F.A.Q.s

Why doesn't MultiMAX contain iron?

An important part of the development process for MultiMAX was assessing the real nutritional needs of the Strom customer base, through the bloodwork collected at The Hench Project. Most likely due to generally high red meat intakes the athletes being tested had high or excess iron, which we don't want to further exacerbate. High iron can increase blood thickness, clotting, and oxidative stress, both of these challenges are already a problem enough in high performance athletes. Most of our athletes don't need more iron, they want less.

How many serves are there in a bottle of MultiMAX?

Every bottle includes 180 pressed tablets, with a recommended daily serving of 2 tablets in the morning. Hence that's 90 serves, a 90 day supply.

Why are many of the vitamins and minerals at doses higher than 100% RDI?

RDI, or recommended daily intake, is a measure that was set in the 1900's for the absolute minimum quantity a person should consume to prevent disease conditions. A well known example of this being a Vitamin C deficiency causing scurvy.

The purpose of MultiMAX is to supply quantities to help us live optimal and full lives, not just prevent getting diseased. This is also with the consideration that hard training will increase the demand of many nutrients in the body. You'll note that every vitamin and mineral has its own levels and they are not all raised the same as each is considered in their own respect. The next time you see a formula with a list of 100% RDI dosages, think twice.
