Recommended Use
Take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to going to sleep. Safe for daily use.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 200-300ml of warm or cold water 30-45 minutes before bed. Stir or shake well. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product.
