Is the 20g Glycerol in INTRA JUICE too much to have in one training?

Not at all. Evidence based dosing of glycerol for hyper-hydration goes all the way up to 2g per kg bodyweight over 1-2 hours of loading. The 20g used here is in a range where we can be confident a person can drink over 5-10 minutes without needing to slow intake.

The perception around acceptable dosing of glycerol is skewed according to what could be fit into powder supplements. If you want to learn more about dosing of Glycerol we encourage looking at The Australian Institute of Sport as an unbiased source.

I'm an endurance athlete - how much INTRA JUICE can I drink over a long session?

If you're an endurance athlete, up to 2 cans of intrajuice per hour of hard training would be considered appropriate for uptake of sugars and glycerol intake without causing digestive distress, while getting total sugars intake near maximum. Best sipped, not slugged all at once.

To a limit of 4 cans over the course of a session. Drink water alongside, don't just fuel purely on INTRA JUICE.
