When I saw this protein I was intrigued by the science behind its make up, but was sceptical about the potential taste. Given past experiences with plant based protein I didn’t have high hopes. However I was really happy with the taste of the Vanilla! Reminds me of a sugar cookie which is a great addition to my oats, yoghurt or stand alone as a post workout shake with water. It doesn’t give you that icky protein stomach feeling or bloating like regular protein powders. Overall I was a happy customer and I’d highly recommend!
I basically spawned with bad RNG aka Crohn’s, so I gave this a go. The strawberry flavour’s actually decent, and it genuinely helped with the gut bloating. And while it didn’t clear all the debuffs. It works like a treat.
In all seriousness anyone with IBD or IBS should give this a go, it’s made a noticeable difference for me.
