F.A.Q.s

What is Creatine HCL and how does it differ from Creatine Monohydrate?

Creatine HCL (Hydrochloride) is creatine bonded with hydrochloric acid, making it significantly more water-soluble than standard Creatine Monohydrate. This means you need a smaller dose (1.5-2g vs 5g), it dissolves completely without grittiness, and it is less likely to cause the bloating or GI discomfort some users experience with monohydrate.

Do I need a loading phase with Creatine HCL?

No. Due to its superior solubility and absorption, Creatine HCL does not require a loading phase. Simply take the recommended daily dose consistently and creatine levels will build up in your muscles over 2-3 weeks of regular use.

When should I take Creatine HCL?

Timing is not critical for creatine. Take it whenever is most convenient — many users add it to their pre-workout, post-workout shake, or morning drink. Consistency matters far more than timing.

Will Creatine HCL cause water retention and bloating?

Creatine HCL is much less likely to cause the subcutaneous water retention and bloating associated with higher-dose monohydrate supplementation. The smaller effective dose and better solubility mean less unabsorbed creatine sitting in your gut.

How many serves per tub?

Each tub provides approximately 100+ serves at the recommended daily dose, making it excellent value for a staple daily supplement.
