MultiMAX is Strom's multivitamin built to compliment the rest of our range. Specifically focused around the needs of our existing customers, informed by bloodwork at The Hench Project, and including premium ingredients like OptiZinc® and Quatrefolic®. MultiMAX is an iron free formula accounting for our customers usually high dietary intake of iron.
Directions
Take 2 tablets daily, preferably in the morning.

Why doesn't MultiMAX contain iron?
An important part of the development process for MultiMAX was assessing the real nutritional needs of the Strom customer base, through the bloodwork collected at The Hench Project. Most likely due to generally high red meat intakes the athletes being tested had high or excess iron, which we don't want to further exacerbate. High iron can increase blood thickness, clotting, and oxidative stress, both of these challenges are already a problem enough in high performance athletes. Most of our athletes don't need more iron, they want less.
How many serves are there in a bottle of MultiMAX?
Every bottle includes 180 pressed tablets, with a recommended daily serving of 2 tablets in the morning. Hence that's 90 serves, a 90 day supply.
Why are many of the vitamins and minerals at doses higher than 100% RDI?
RDI, or recommended daily intake, is a measure that was set in the 1900's for the absolute minimum quantity a person should consume to prevent disease conditions. A well known example of this being a Vitamin C deficiency causing scurvy.
The purpose of MultiMAX is to supply quantities to help us live optimal and full lives, not just prevent getting diseased. This is also with the consideration that hard training will increase the demand of many nutrients in the body. You'll note that every vitamin and mineral has its own levels and they are not all raised the same as each is considered in their own respect. The next time you see a formula with a list of 100% RDI dosages, think twice.
Can I take MultiMAX alongside other Strom supplements like ZMAX or SupportMAX?
Yes — MultiMAX is designed to be a foundational multivitamin that stacks well within the broader Strom range. Many athletes use MultiMAX as their daily base alongside products like ZMAX for additional magnesium and zinc support, or SupportMAX OCS for targeted organ health.
Because MultiMAX was formulated with stacking in mind, the doses are set to complement rather than excessively overlap with other Strom products. That said, if you are running multiple supplements that contain the same vitamins or minerals, it is worth reviewing the combined intake to ensure you are comfortable with the total levels.

I used this product way back when it was still called clean kill. I don’t think anything has changed since then except the name. I use it as an early morning pre workout. And then on non training days as a nootropic. The bubblegum candy flavour is a bit weird. Fine by itself with 400ml or less water. I wouldn’t recommend mixing it with other things. Or watering it down as you get random herbal flavours coming through that I don’t personally like. Will purchase again. Would recommend.

I've been 'intra-juiced' to this through friends and then we got it in our work office. It's been awesome in the gym really feeding the pumps but also just a great boost during the day at work. Can really taste the honey come through and not overly carbonated either so its very easy to drink with no bloat! Love it!

Have been taking this product for just over two weeks and have noted a stability in my BP readings from where they were post this comp season to now.
I am a 60 yo using creatine to maintain muscle mass and for health span benefits. I work out about three times per week and have noticed a small improvement in the number of reps I can do. Other benefits are longer term and difficult to quantify.
