How many serves does each tub of KSM-66® Ashwagandha have?
Every tub includes 120 capsules of 500mg. Depending on your goals and sensititivy, that is between 60 and 120 serves. Very cost effective!
Should I take KSM-66® Ashwagandha in the morning or evening?
If your goal is focus and daytime stress support, take it in the morning. If it’s better sleep and recovery, go with evening. You can also split the dose and have once capsule morning and one evening.
For timing we would advise delaying the morning dose at least a couple hours to avoid interference with circadian rhythms for cortisol. If evening we would advise earlier (eg. with dinner) to give it time to set in and relax you down prior to bed.
