The best liver supplement

Was contemplating getting this supplement because it's a little bit on an expensive side, but it really is one of the best supplements I've taken.
I take half capsule in the morning and the other half at night on an empty stomach to help with gallbladder sludge and elevated liver enzymes.
Occasionally I take it with a large more fatty meal to help digestion.
I've noticed a huge difference in a week from taking it. I'm looking forward to blood tests check up to see if it helped with bringing down the enzymes too.

Countering the effects of ageing

I have been taking NMN for over three years now and it is the only supplement I take every day. I am in my 60's and according to Fitbit my cardio fitness score is "Excellent" (47-51) for men my age. Although I could give anecdotal evidence of benefits, the simple logic for supplementing using NMN is because NAD⁺ levels decline with age and NMN counters that.

I have been using the Hydro EAA// EAA + Electrolytes for about 3 months now and hands down can say this is one of the best I have come across. I used struggle with cramps during training but that is no longer an issue. Love the cherry 🍒 bubblegum flavour.
