Directions for use:Specifically designed for stim free training, athletes can use PROVEN™ at any time of day or night – it won’t negatively impact sleep quality. We recommend taking one scoop (16g) mixed with 300 - 400ml of water 30 minutes prior to training. Use only as directed

How many serves does each tub of Proven have?
Every tub includes 20 scoops, of which the full serve is one full scoop. Some find a half scoop is suitable, especially when pairing with a comprehensive stimulant based preworkout like Defib V3.
