When should I take Strom TriMAG — morning or evening?

What is the difference between magnesium bisglycinate, citrate, and oxide?
Magnesium oxide has the highest elemental magnesium content but the poorest absorption — much of it passes through without being utilised. Magnesium bisglycinate is chelated to glycine, allowing it to absorb through amino acid transport pathways (PepT1 transporters) with minimal GI discomfort.
