Coming off the back of a major hip surgery I can definitely say that it has enabled be to see evident improvement in my joint health. Typically I always opt for a high stim pre workout and have never found a non-stim product I really enjoy.Because of changes in my lifestyle I have had to train later in the evenings which has been a bit of a dilemma. You’re probably in contest prep right now and feeling tired because of how peeled you are. Don’t stress though, the recommended instructions on the label are effective and easy to follow.
