Directions
As a food supplement take 1 scoop (7g) daily mixed with 200-250ml of water 30-60 minutes before going to bed.

For years we had, and loved, SupportMAX Neuro. The original application would be using it to wind down in the evening after a hard training session that had perhaps a few too many stims involved... we've all been there. Then that led onto the sleep use case. Over and over the feedback was Neuro was a great sleep aid just to help the brain chill out, letting them calm down enough to go to sleep.
Well that's why we brought Neuro-PM to the table. Lets do the same thing as neuro for stress, with the same base formula... but add more specifically for the sleep goal. ZMA and theanine to help the sleep quality, while Lemon Balm and Taurine promote GABA related functions for a stronger switch off and deep sleep effect. How many serves does each tub of SupportMAX Neuro-PM have?
Every tub includes 30 scoops, we reccomend one scoop in the evening 30-60 minutes before desired sleep onset. Hence that's a 30 serve, 30 day supply.
What do the flavours taste like?
The mango is about the most classic Mango you'll find, just with a slightly floral flavour from the Lemon Balm and a mild non-acidic base. The blueberry is really unique though... it actually tastes a hell of a lot like perfectly picked fresh blueberries. If one has the top vote in New Zealand, its the blueberry.
Why isn't there a capsule version like with SupportMAX Neuro?
We get it, capsules before bed are easier. Unfortunately due to the quantity of ingredients in SupportMAX Neuro-PM it would require a whole handful of capsules per serve. Now that's not easier at all.
