Directions For Use: Defib is a highly dosed, research driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use.
We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250 – 350ml of water 20 – 30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users will benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Defib FAQs
How many serves does each tub of Defib have?
Every tub includes 40 full scoops. The full serve is two scoops (21g) where all active ingredient doses are at their optimal levels. A single scoop (10.5g) is suitable for those who prefer a lighter dose or are assessing tolerance.
Is Defib just a stimulant pre-workout?
No. Defib covers four performance systems in one formula: stimulation and drive (Caffeine, SalidroPure, Sabroxy, Juniper Berry), cognitive endurance (ALCar, Citicoline), blood flow (Citrulline Malate, PeptiPump), and cellular hydration (Taurine, Betaine). It is a complete pre-workout, not just a caffeine delivery vehicle.
What makes Defib different from other stim pre-workouts?
Most stimulant pre-workouts load up on caffeine and filler with a handful of underdosed performance ingredients. Defib delivers meaningful doses across every system: 8g Citrulline, 3.2g Beta-Alanine, 2.5g Betaine, 500mg PeptiPump, and a complete focus system with Caffeine, SalidroPure, Sabroxy, and Citicoline.
Can Defib be stacked with Proven?
Yes. Proven provides additional blood flow support through PeakATP and OxyStorm that Defib does not include, along with a higher Tyrosine dose and Uridine for further dopamine and cognitive support. Stacking a half serve of Defib with a full serve of Proven is a potent combination.
How much caffeine is in Defib?
200mg per scoop, 400mg per full serve (two scoops). Assess your tolerance with a single scoop if you are new to high-caffeine pre-workouts or stacking with other caffeine sources.

PeptiPump™ is an AI-discovered lentil peptide complex that inhibits ACE - an enzyme that constricts blood vessels. This preserves bradykinin (a vasodilator), reduces ADMA (which blocks citrulline from working), and enhances glucose uptake into muscle cells.
